 Santa Anita Park celebrates its 75th season as the 2009-2010 Winter/Spring Meet opens Saturday, December, 26th. First post is 11:30 AM local time. The 10-race card features two Grade 1 stakes, give-aways, a John Henry bronze statue ceremony, and this year's Breeders' Cup Classic Champion Zenyatta!
Free Posters and CalendarsFans will recieve a Santa Anita Park 2010 wall calendar, free with paid admission. This year's free calendar features unforgettable moments and champions, including Seabiscuit and Zenyatta, from the track's 75 years of horse racing history. Fans at the track will also recieve a free Zenyatta poster courtesy of HRTV. The poster displays photos from all 14 of Zenyatta's victories in her undefeated racing career.Can't make it to the track? When the Hall of Fame gelding retired in 1985, he was Thoroughbred racing's all-time leading money winner, earning $6,591,860.
